the past week..

Tuesday went to seaworld as guest since quite a few of us had off that day. Before going out I was online at home alone, talked to auntie Annie on msn, knowing how much they miss me makes me miss them even more. Hurhur. Anyway, seaworld is quite cool la, took kraken first row this time, it was damn exciting! Haha, Aaron even video part of the ride, sitting on the first row and middle rows is totally different! Then we went to see sealion and otter show, dolphin & whale show and shamu show. They are good I must say, entertaining, funny and interesting to see how smart those animals are. Dolphins are just sooo cute! Haha. Then after we went to yuda’s room for dinner, they cooked some herbal soup! Smart of them to bring spices here, I didn’t think of that at all. O and it was Cass’s 20th. We bought slices of cakes from our crew’s café to form a not so complete circle, tinkerbell pin and drawing and a top for her, then gave her a surprise. Haha, all da while we were trying to hide things from her but as expected she is too dumb to realize whats going on. Lastly we watched Hostel on the laptop, terence couldn’t take it and left early. The show is damn gruesome man I swear, just torturing, no meaning I guess..

Wednesday went to Universal Studios….. BORING! i was damn sian the whole day! O but before that we when to IHOP( international house of pancakes) to have lunch. Its good I think, but will get sick of it very quickly cuz they serve 4 thick pieces of pancakes. Will get ‘jer lat’ if that’s how you spell. First bite was damnnnn good! After that its soso cuz you keep eating the same thing. And back to boring Universal. it was of time I think, most rides are lame and stupid, only one or two not too bad ones. Went to ‘fear factor live’ also, not too bad la, get the feel of watching FF live instead of on TV, just that the stunts are easier. Contestants are actually casted around an hour before, so quite cool la, it gives people a chance to experience how FF might feel. Overall it was a 1st disappointing day so far. However! We left the best for the last, the only thing I looked forward to since I heard of it. The ‘dueling dragons’ at Islands of Adventure! Its actually 2 roller coaster ride going on at the same time and place with different track. We tried ‘fire’ first row first then followed by ‘ice’. Cool enough, we were the last group to take the ride of the day! only we occupied the 1st row on ‘ice’, then 2 kids occupied fire. Haha, da ride is damn cool. Lots of twist and turns with no sudden drops, but I like the feeling of sudden drops thou. Haha, its not scary, just extremely exciting. And we were lucky enough to take the last ride of the day. which is only 6pm—damn early right. Usually is 7pm which is rather early already I think.. owell.

Shamu rocks! Thursday night we get to preview the new show by shamu called ‘shamu rocks’ for the employees of seaworld. And it really rocked! The show was seriously damn good, much better than the present one. It has become more of a concert than a show I think. Both the shamus and trainers performed, danced and all.. its really awesome man I swear, I almost didn’t want to go, luckily weili called. Its amazing how smart the animals are, and im sure it takes a long long time to train them, not easy at all. Kudos to them man.

Hmm summer has started, and working is tiring! I do slack sometimes, but the long hours of standing is killing my heels, someone call 911!! Hurhur. Worked from 930am to 11pm on Monday.. haha. Tiring but money motivates me. Talking about Monday, it was my Singapore bday at 12pm here, it’s a long bday this year cuz people started wishing me at 12pm, and I m quite touched by those who wished me, and love called me and sing me a birthday song. Haha. Considering she didn’t send me off or anything! She better do something, and get me something ah. Got abit emo while working as msges came in, its really sweet and miss everyone more. Esp the msg and call from mum and auntie, even my brother who NEVER remember my bday for 19years wished me. Haha, but surprisingly my sister didn’t for the first time.. I wonder why man. And I really felt like replying the msges, but its 60c each sms, really cant afford to thank everyone. So sorry!! But each msg really make me feel better and smile.. J and I dunno why but I just can seem to load starhub sms webby in my room, I will try go to the lounge soon to msg la. Had off on Tuesday, together with terence, yuda and Daniel. Wanted to go busch garden themepark, which is famous for the roller coaster rides. But firstly we missed the shuttle bus cuz its damn far like 1hr drive, 2nd I overslept. Haha. So in the end we didn’t go.. sad! Good thing is Daniel told me just now that one of the ride we cant wait to go is closed temporarily. So in the end we went to Festival Bay Mall to catch Pirates, I struggled and slept for awhile. Hahah. Then we went to Wal-mart, nothing much I think, sells everything and it doesn’t seem as good as what I heard abt it. Owell, just slightly cheaper than the usual Publix, the supermarket where we always shop for groceries. So we just bought some groceries and went back to cook dinner. But before that we went to seaworld to take night Kraken, the park closes at ten now. Took the last and 1st row, 1st row is so much better! Haha. Then saw Alex, terence and yuda’s colleague! They say he is a combi of Wang Lee Hom and Takeshi. Hurhur. O and Alex is from Thai, speaks good English. It was dark when I saw him la, his eyes are exact copy of Takeshi’s. :p… hair quite chui but overall good I think! Everyone, except cass think so! Hurhur. Then few minutes before 12 they gave me a surprise, terence came and asked me to go up and it was damn obvious, I just act blur. Haha. Then that’s that I guess, nothing much.

Wednesday after work went for dinner at 10+ at Vitorrio’s, its some brazilian buffet, total abt $11+. Ate for one hour plus, damn full cuz I think I ate too fast initially, too hungry. Haha. We went there cuz Po went there one day before us, says its 10bucks and they drove them back. So as typical Singaporeans we went la. But no free transport even though we tried to hint by asking abt bus stops and last bus and all.. owell. In the end we took lynx bus, waited for bout half hour by the roadside. Haha and its scary to see the cars with tinted windows drive past, esp when its black. It just get scarier, haha, I keep hiding behind chunsiong when I pass drive past. Its quite scary at night here I think, and the people. ‘later they shoot you’ is a common phrase we always use. Haha. Oya, I was on the bus that day, then this super fat black guy was standing beside my seat. Then he asked ‘can I sit on your lap?’ omg right~~~ I was like no,hurhur. Damn gross la!!! Eeeeeee. I should be dead if I was alone. Hahaha.

Just now, Thursday we went to do our social security number. Long journey and waiting. Then afternoon went to lunch at 4pm and watch shrek. We kinda watched bug but we left after half hour went the bug doesn’t seem to be coming out. and its for free cuz the thing is we exit from the main entrance of the theatre hall. haha, so can continue another show after we finish, and its also free seating. Not bad right, only thing is there is nothing much to watch la. O shrek is good I think, quite funny and cute! Haha.

Been watching the tv here. Mainly bout sex, news only about themselves but no other countries. Been watching playboy,the girls next door. Haha. Stupid reality show which shows a lot of boobs. Fake boobs la, I see until sian, but I still watch. Interesting I guess. Mr playboy is like 80 years old, but staying with some 21 yr old girls. Yucks. Haha. Owell.. trying to find the magazine.. haha.

Although im having fun and all.. im still miss Singapore food, home, family and friends..
